Yes, if you can pay by check, I can eliminate the VRBO/AirBNB service fee which can save you up to 15%. You would pay 50% upon booking, and the remaining 50% prior to arrival.
All of our vacation homes come fully furnished. The kitchens are fully equipped and come with basic spices and oils. We provide all linens and bath towels. Each unit has a hair dryer. We additionally have dispensers in each bathroom for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each unit comes with a paper product started pack including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and detergents. All homes have a washer and dryer BBQ grill, and smart TV. Most have cable. There is high speed wifi in each home.
For Hawaii: we additionally provide boogie boards, snorkeling gear, a couple Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and a cooler on wheels. There is a wine fridge, all stainless steel appliances, surround sound, and smart TV in each room. There are public gas grills around the pool area for you to use.
Aptos: Once the guest uses up the paper product starter pack, they are responsible for providing any products they need for the remainder of the trip. Please bring beach towels, beach gear, any special cooking equipment or spices, coffee filters, as well as charcoal for Weber BBQs.

353 Beach Drive and 413 Hillcrest: private driveway which can fit 2 cars.
Hawaii: Each guest gets a parking pass with the reservation. Any extra cars can use the valet
service for $5 per day.
We have two beach front homes (353 and 278 beach drive) that will allow a small dog for a $400 non-refundable pet fee. The other homes have a strict NO PET POLICY. Failure to comply with the NO PET POLICY could result in forfeiture of damage deposit and removal from the property.
Due to fire codes and neighborhood agreements we are unable to accommodate large groups.
Full refund if the cancellation is 60 days prior to arrival. No refund within the 60 days prior to arrival. I highly recommend that each guest purchases travelers insurance due to unforeseen shutdowns or illness due to Covid-19
Are units are professionally cleaned and disinfected between guests. Each unit is aired out between reservations. All Surfaces, remotes, door handles, knobs, etc. are sanitized between guests. Towels and linens are switched out between guests and washed on high heat.
Yes. We offer high speed wifi in each home. Many of the homes have a designated work desk and chair overlooking the ocean. The phone reception is not reliable on beach drive, but zoom calls will work well with wifi.
