What are check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you’re arriving on an early flight or have a late departure, get in touch when you book and we’ll do what we can. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and arranged directly with Jaleh.
Is there parking at the property?
Yes — all of our Santa Cruz homes include off-street parking. Details specific to your property will be included in your pre-arrival information.
Is the home suitable for children?
Our homes work well for families. That said, all of our properties are genuinely oceanfront or water-view, so the sea is close. We ask that parents supervise children near the water at all times. The homes themselves are set up for comfortable family stays — please reach out if you have specific requirements and we’ll confirm what’s in place.
Do you allow pets?
Pet policies vary by property. Please ask when enquiring — we’d rather give you a clear answer than a blanket one. Where pets are allowed, there may be an additional cleaning fee.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. All properties have reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, which works well for remote work if you’re planning a work-from-the-coast stay. Details and passwords are included in the welcome information sent before arrival.
What’s included in the home?
All homes are fully equipped for self-catering — linens, towels, kitchen essentials, and the basics you’d expect for a comfortable stay. Specific amenity lists are available on request; just ask when you enquire.
